Scope of application

The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all orders placed via our website.
The contractual partner is Contentily (hereinafter "Seller").
A Purchaser (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") is a natural person who maintains business relations with Contentily that cannot be attributed to his commercial or independent professional activity.

Contentily reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be changed unilaterally for this order. Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the customers will not be accepted.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with Contentily, you agree to the application of these Terms of Sale to your order.

Conclusion of Contract

When you have found the product you want, you can view it in more detail by clicking on the product name or the product image. By clicking the button [Add to cart] you can put the item into the shopping cart. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time. By clicking the graphics [Change] and [Delete] you can remove or change the products from the shopping cart again.

If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click on the [Checkout] button in the "Shopping Cart" page. To complete the purchase, you must accept our terms and conditions and press the [Check Out] button. By doing this you send the order to us. The contract is concluded when you send your order to us. You will receive a purchase confirmation including the purchased product by email.

Prices and shipping costs

All sales prices stated on Contentily represent the final prices and, unless otherwise stated, include the statutory value-added tax and any other statutory charges. The price in the online store at the time of the order is decisive. The prices are net prices in Swiss Francs (CHF). There is no physical shipping and any shipping costs.

Payment options

The customer has the payment options indicated in the order process. The products will only be sent to the Customer upon full payment and remain the property of Contentily until then.

Refund

Digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned to the Seller.

Liability

Contentily excludes all liability, regardless of its legal basis, as well as claims for damages against Contentily and against any auxiliary persons and vicarious agents. In particular, Contentily is not liable for indirect damages and consequential damages, loss of profit or other personal injury, property damage and pure financial loss of the Customer. Further mandatory legal liability, for example for gross negligence or unlawful intent, remains reserved.

Data protection

The privacy policy is an integral part of these GTC. By accepting these GTCs, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Further Provisions

Contentily expressly reserves the right to change these GTCs at any time and to put them into effect without notice. In the event of any dispute, Swiss substantive law shall apply exclusively to the exclusion of conflict of laws rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG, Vienna Sales Convention) is explicitly excluded.
